Terms & Conditions
Please read these carefully before making a booking
1Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.
2Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full balance remains payable. We reserve the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances; in this case a full refund will be issued.
3Venue Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable and available for the agreed time. We require access to the venue at least 30 minutes before the party start time for setup. A suitable power supply must be available. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by venue access issues.
4Supervision & Safety
Whilst our host will lead and entertain the children, adult supervision must be maintained at all times by the event organiser or their nominated adults. We are not responsible for the behaviour of children at the event. Our host reserves the right to stop any activity deemed unsafe.
5Equipment & Damage
All equipment remains the property of Ella Bella's Parties. Any damage to our equipment caused by guests will be charged to the event organiser. We take great care of our equipment and ask that guests treat it with respect.
6Insurance
Ella Bella's Parties holds full public liability insurance. A copy of this can be provided upon request.
7Photography & Social Media
We may take photographs at events for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish for photographs to be taken, please inform us before the event. By booking with us you consent to photography unless you have notified us otherwise.
